I have extensive experience teaching students with additional needs such as dyslexia, autism and English as a second language. I can also offer bespoke, intensive tutoring to support preparations for School Entrance exams, GCSE re-sits and UCAS applications to Russell Group universities. I currently work full time as a teacher educator, training new teachers in person and over digital platforms, so I know what good teaching looks like. I am available to tutor weekday late afternoons and evenings as well as at weekends. I am based in Warwick so I am able to travel to tutor in Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

Mrs Emily D

I am an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic teacher of English and Drama, who has been teaching for nine years - both in the classroom and as a home tutor. I have also been a GCSE English examiner for AQA for three years. I have always been passionate about English and Drama, having achieved A grades in both subjects at A Level (including 100% scores in several modules), a 2:1 in my Bachelors Degree in English and a Distinction in my MA in Writing. It is this passion and enthusiasm that allows me to teach effectively in both a classroom and one-to-one environment. In my spare time I love reading, writing, theatre, baking, long distance running and travel.
