I am a young and dynamic teacher, I try to make learning fun, memorable and relatable by getting to know my students and shaping the learning based on their interests and needs. Currently teaching English Language and English Literature in a private international school, prior to this I taught in a secondary school in South London. I am also employed by the AQA exam board as an examiner, marking exam scripts and so I receive up to date insight on exam techniques and how to secure top marks. I have 4 years of secondary school teaching experience and 9 years of private tutoring experience. I am currently tutoring a broad range of students, including primary curriculum, 11+ entrance exams for grammar and independent schools (in all 4 components: English, Mathematics, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning), GCSE and IGCSE (Cambridge, AQA and Edexcel specifications) and A-level. In 2011, I achieved 2 grade As in English Language and Literature GCSE. In 2013, I achieved a 100% A* in A-level English Literature.
