Miss Eleanor F

I am a qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher of English. I have taught in Plymouth and an outstanding academy in London. I have conducted research in English pedagogy and now deliver training to new English teachers. In September I will be undertaking an MSc at Brunel University in the Anthropology of Childhood, Youth and Education whilst tutoring. I teach English across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and also offer preparation for SATs, 11+, Scholarship and School Entrance Exams. I have experience in supervising the IB reflective project and extended essay. I'm Charlotte, I've been teaching at a state primary school for ten years in Key Stage 1. I love teaching and have a particular passion for English. I have been graded outstanding by Ofsted in lesson observations, have experience with the phonics screening check and Year 2 SATs. I have led English as part of a team for several years. Prior to teaching, I worked as a special needs teaching assistant and nanny. I am currently working part-time since returning to work after maternity leave.
