I went into teaching because I love literature and I love working with young people! I have worked in independent schools since 2005 and as a private tutor since 2013 and have taught all the major exam boards at GCSE, iGCSE and A level as well as 11+, 13+, ACT and SAT prep, and Literature at undergraduate level. I specialise in preparing students for Ripon Grammar School and for Common Entrance. Additionally, I have taught many home educated students at KS3, GCSE and A level, which is a particular passion of mine. I have examined for OCR, AQA and CIE and have also taught Drama and Theatre Studies A level. I also have many years of experience tutoring students re-taking GCSE English.
