I have taught students with a range of special needs. I am also experienced in preparing Year 5 and Year 6 students for school entrance exams. Qualified and experienced Psychology graduate and teacher currently working as the Head of Psychology at a large comprehensive school. I have been leading the department for 5 years and every year, A level results have improved significantly. I have experience in successfully improving grades for borderline students (D/C and B/A). I have also helped a number of students achieve the A* grades they were striving towards (within my own classes and through private tutoring). My aim as a teacher and tutor is to increase students' confidence in the subject and help them to develop the key skills they need to be successful in their final exams. In addition to the above, I also hope to inspire and motivate my students through my passion for Psychology and love for teaching and learning.
