I am an experienced and qualified Primary Teacher and have worked in primary education for the majority of my professional life and have a huge wealth of skills and experiences. I am now looking for fresh challenges and opportunities. My strongest skill is developing excellent relationships. I am caring, flexible, honest and committed to ensuring the families. I love helping all children achieve their full potential especially children with special needs. I have worked with a great number of children with special needs, including supply at a specialist SEN school working with a class of 4 autistic children. I teach Early Years, KS1, KS2 and have some experience of Year 7 and 8 as I home schooled my own child for a while. As well as the core subjects, I also love History and Geography.

I am an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic teacher of English and Drama, who has been teaching for nine years - both in the classroom and as a home tutor. I have also been a GCSE English examiner for AQA for three years. I have always been passionate about English and Drama, having achieved A grades in both subjects at A Level (including 100% scores in several modules), a 2:1 in my Bachelors Degree in English and a Distinction in my MA in Writing. It is this passion and enthusiasm that allows me to teach effectively in both a classroom and one-to-one environment. In my spare time I love reading, writing, theatre, baking, long distance running and travel.
