I have had a varied and enjoyable career as a teacher in a wide variety of settings during which I have taught children from Reception to Year 11. positions. I have always taken a particular interest in working with students with anxiety , SEMH and SEND. I have experience in tutoring students both face to face and remotely from Year 4 to Year 11. I have a calm and humorous approach which helps put students at ease ; I like to work with the students interests and leaning styles. I have been working with students to develop confidence and enjoyment in their learning. A key interest of mine is plugging gaps in learning as well as exam preparation for example 11+, SATS preparation, common entrance and maths GCSE.
