Mrs Una B

I gained my teaching qualification in maths and science while living in Dublin. Working in the UK I have considerable experience teaching and tutoring students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, particularly with EAL and SEN needs. I have a great deal of experience working with students to build their confidence in their learning skills particularly in the core subject areas which is so important for students with dyslexia or dyscalculia. My key areas for tuition have included Maths to all levels, English and Science to GCSE, and many successful years with 11+ assessments. My experience has been particularly successful with children demonstrating some anxiety with learning and asking for support in a classroom environment.
