I am a fully trained English teacher, currently teaching ages 11-16 at a comprehensive school in Cheltenham. In addition to this, I have an undergraduate degree in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics. I pride myself on my passionate and compassionate approach which coupled with my high expectations has allowed me to see a vast amount of progress with my students. I have a solid understanding of the various curriculums and exam boards, and I I am always willing to focus on the individual student’s needs. I am incredibly passionate about helping students develop their analytical and creative capabilities as it helps them with their academics and later in life. My enthusiastic approach allows students to work towards overcoming these barriers as they become aware that making mistakes is a part of learning. I am incredibly passionate about my subjects and thoroughly enjoy working with students who often struggle to gain enthusiasm for English or Religious Studies.
