I am an English teacher. I recently worked at a secondary school in Bath. I have a great deal of experience at teaching English across the age and ability range at KS3 and KS4 and KS5. I had responsibility for Literacy across the curriculum and overseeing KS3 schemes of learning. In my previous position at an all boys’ school, I was in charge of KS4, so my specialism is GCSE English Language and Literature. I have worked with all of the major exam boards: OCR, Edas, Cambridge IGCSE and AQA. I have most recently taught AQA. i have also been an Examiner for AQA.. I have experience, supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including EAL, Dyslexia and ASD.

I am a qualified and experienced KS2/3 teacher - whose daughter is currently in year 11 at RGSW - with a Mathematics specialism and generally prepares children for 11+ entrance/GCSE Maths with a particular focus on identifying gaps in knowledge and offering tailored tutoring to fill those highlighted needs to ensure success.
