Previously, I have taught in a number of Prep Schools in London, rural England and Edinburgh. I am currently working in the Gateshead area as a Head of Year and Teacher of English and I am approaching my tenth year in secondary education. I have a wide range of experiences, working alongside pupils with Special Educational Needs. In particular, I have a thorough understanding of AQA GCSE and A Level English Language and English Literature specifications - working as an examiner for GCSE English Language in particular. I pride myself on the resources I create and the relationships that I establish with students. Miss Kerry S

Qualified and experienced Primary teacher with a career spanning 30 years teaching in primary schools in Scotland, England, and internationally in Dubai and Europe. My global experience enables me to teach across the Scottish Curriculum, UK National Curriculum Key Stage 2 specialist, and recently as a Principal in a large IB PYP primary school. I am also certified in TESOL to teach English to speakers of other languages both adults and children.
