With our service, you don’t need to scroll through endless pages of irrelevant tutors. You just fill in a simple form or call us with your requirements and, within 24 hours, we will send you a shortlist of available teachers in your area.
You can be safe in the knowledge that if you are unhappy with your first lesson (this is rare, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right), we will not charge you for the lesson and we will find you another high-quality teacher.
Experienced teacher and ex-Director of Studies. I have 19 years' experience of preparing pupils for 11+ & Day School Entrance exams (English, Maths, VR & NVR) and Common Entrance (History & Latin up to and including Lev 3 plus Scholarship in both subjects). My students work hard but I am very approachable and we have fun as we learn. I have previously prepared pupils for successful entry to lots of the major public schools, including Eton, Harrow, Charterhouse, St Paul's, King's College (Wimbledon) and so on. I particularly enjoy teaching the 8 - 13 age range and have had excellent results both with the very able and with those who need more support and the boost to their self-confidence that one-to-one tuition can give. I hold a PhD in History from University of London.

I am a First-class graduate from Imperial College London and a PGCE (teaching qualification) graduate from UCL IoE, and it is my ambition that my students surpass me. I aspire to offer a 'super tutor' service and help compensate for an education inferior to the likes of Eton at a relatively low price. Also, the coronavirus situation has caused a big dent in the education of many children and I try to ensure through my tuition that my students are successful in spite of it. I am a qualified teacher (DBS checked) and have over 4000 hours of tutoring experience, with students ranging from 4-18 years old. On top of that, I also helped my brother gain entry into Cambridge University for Economics and have seen countless other students succeed under my mentorship. This is because I recognise that there is a process and that if students follow that process, they are guaranteed to succeed.
