I have a BA Hons Degree in Business (2:1 classification) and therefore have a sound knowledge of Business including an in depth understanding of Human Resources and its functions. I have a PGCE obtained through UCLAN and the East Lancashire Institute for Higher Education. I am a member of the IFL and log my CPD regularly. I also have a hard copy of all my training information for your perusal. Through references and student testimonials from the various colleges I have worked at previously, I am able to prove that I have successful teaching experiences in the 16 – 19 age group. Through studying the Every Child Matters publication during my PGCE course and through ongoing training, I am aware of what colleges, schools and the government are aiming to achieve.
