I am a qualified, professional teacher with twenty years of experience. My practice has focused on developing the communicative competence of the young people under my care. For over a decade, I was a successful MFL practitioner, but in more recent years, I have transitioned to developing tailored literacy and English support to students with widely varying SEN and EAL needs. This role builds on my existing experience (both in the UK and in Germany) and is one that I am passionately committed to. I am currently completing a Level 5 qualification to become a Specialist Dyslexia Teacher. Due to complete July 2022.

Mrs Jenny B

Qualified and experienced Primary Teacher with over 12 years' experience in local primary schools, specialising in Maths and SEN. Main teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4). After teaching in a local school for 10 years, now focusing on offering private tuition in Enfield and Hertfordshire, as well as online tuition. SEN experience including working with The Behaviour Support Service and a Speech and Language Therapist to support individual children with their particular needs. Teaches all core subjects to all ages and abilities across the Primary National Curriculum. At present, I am mainly teaching pupils in Years 3, 4 and 5.

Miss Ellie F

I am a qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher of English. I have taught in Plymouth and an outstanding academy in London. I have conducted research in English pedagogy and deliver training to new English teachers. I am now undertaking an MSc at Brunel University in the Anthropology of Childhood, Youth and Education whilst tutoring. I have a first class undergraduate degree from the University of St Andrews in Anthropology with modules in History and English. I teach English across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and also offer preparation for scholarship, school entrance exams and interviews. I have experience in supervising the IB reflective project and extended essay. I have been an exam marker for language and literature Edexcel GCSE and taught both the AQA and Edexcel syllabus.
