I am a qualified an experienced secondary English teacher and have been working in education for 5 years. I have experience of teaching students in KS2 to KS5 English literature and language and have helped students of all abilities as well as SEN. I am also an examiner for AQA for 2021 GCSEs, which means I have a good idea of what exam boards are looking for in terms of grades. At the moment, I am a full time private 1:1 and group tutor with excellent feedback from parents. I work online through Zoom as I feel this is the best platform to deliver effective and fun lessons. My style is to find gaps in students knowledge and fill them in order to help them to reach their full potential. But I don't teach to exam (unless it's asked for). Lessons with me are fun, relevant and engaging. I always ask about students' interests and incorporate this into their learning, as this always gets the best out of them.
