I have worked for fourteen years as a Primary School Teacher and taught in three challenging inner city schools in the Sheffield area. My role as Phase Leader involved managing a team of six teachers and teaching assistants and I have also mentored PGSE teachers through their NQT year. My primary focus is to offer engaging and challenging experiences for all children, allowing them to develop self confidence and a belief in their abilities. I have significant experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and teach all core subjects across the Primary Curriculum. Ms Maria G

Qualified and experienced Teacher of English and Head of Year with over 15 years' experience in a number of different settings. Currently teaches KS3 and KS4 English Literature and Language at Calder High School, regularly achieving the highest GCSE results for English (Grade 4-9) at the school for a number of years. Strong experience of working with students of all abilities and specialising in working with students to increase their confidence and self-belief to achieve higher grades something I have been successful at for many years.
