My students work hard but I am very approachable and we have fun as we learn. I have previously prepared pupils for successful entry to lots of the major public schools, including Eton, Harrow, Charterhouse, St Paul's, King's College (Wimbledon) and so on. Having seen my own children through their GCSE and A-level exams, I have personal experience of the anxieties these difficult years can cause both students and their parents. I am patient and motivated to see students achieve success as a result of hard work. I am happy to travel to students or the welcome them to my home in Wantage. During the pandemic I have successfully delivered tutoring online via Zoom, Facetime and Microsoft Teams. I am a qualified teacher with 24 years' experience of teaching Maths, tutoring primary and secondary school aged children and students taking GCSE exams. I currently teach maths and tutor students from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE and IGCSE; Functional Skills English and Maths for adult students and support GCSE and IGCSE resits. I tutor both in person and online. I am familiar with a variety of exam boards including AQA and Edexcel.
