I am a qualified, experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher, currently working 3 days a week as a Year 6 class teacher in a Surrey school. I offer private tuition across the whole Primary Curriculum, both KS1 and KS2, having taught in all year groups from Year 1 to Year 6 throughout my 8 years’ teaching career at outstanding and good schools. When not teaching in school, I am currently tutoring several students for the 11+, as well as providing some home-schooling tuition. I have been a teacher in mainstream school settings and I am now the lead coordinator of the Early Years setting in Brighton. I have QTS in teaching and a masters degree in education, specialising in emotional wellbeing. I have been able to use my qualifications to support children by finding out where information or skills are ‘missing’ and implementing strategies to support their confidence in, and understanding of, subjects across the curriculum.
