Fully qualified teacher of Science (Chemistry specialist) with over 18 years of experience teaching in Oxfordshire secondary schools and over 12 years private tutoring experience in the local area. Currently teaches Biology, Chemistry and Physics to all abilities, including SEN, across Key Stage 3 and GCSE and also Chemistry at A Level in a local secondary school. Experienced in personal tutoring both GCSE and A level students across a range of exam boards, over a wide range of abilities. Successfully tutored students applying for Medical and Veterinary Science as well as supported students at risk of failing A level Chemistry through to pass and achieve up to C grades.

Also teaches English and Maths at Key Stage 1 and 2 and provides tuition for the 11+ and 13+ School Entrance Examinations. I have extensive experience in tutoring SEND students and those with additional educational needs. I began my career as a teacher in 2006 and since then, I have been a KS3 coordinator, head of biology and head of year. I am working towards an MSc. I am also working towards a Diploma in Child Psychology and am receiving specialist training in teaching children with Dyslexia and SEND.
