Currently in my 20th year of teaching. I hold a management position within my science department at school . I teach Chemistry from Years 9-13 and all 3 sciences at KS3. Alongside teaching, I have been tutoring for 17 years. I was an A Level examiner for AQA to help understand mark schemes in order to aid my teaching back when I first qualified. I teach the AQA specification, but have also taught IB. I am a form tutor for year 12 & 13 so I have good knowledge of the UCAS application process.

Hello. I have been teaching full time and tutoring for over 17 years. Currently teaching at Woodhouse Grove School, I've also worked at a number of comprehensive schools and in Sydney, Australia. I am a Biology specialist (all Key Stages including A-level and IB). I also teach GCSE/IGCSE Chemistry and Key Stage 3 science. I am familiar with most exam boards and also have experience as an AQA examiner. I currently work with a dedicated SEN department and have extensive experience teaching dyslexic, dyspraxic, ASD and blind or hearing-impaired students. Additionally, I can offer SATs preparation, support with the EPQ, help with UCAS statements and other applications, and preparation for Oxbridge interviews.
